THE PROCESS

To start the process please give us a call or drop us an email, we'd love to hear from you! If you have a preference as to who you'd like to get in contact with simply email enquiries@roseandgrace.net but address your email specifically to Julie or Natalie. You'll also find both of our tel numbers at the bottom of this page.

Next step is a video-call consultation so that you can tell one of us more about your big day and ask us any questions you have about a Celebrant-led ceremony. The best thing about this step is that you get a better feel for whether or not you've found your ideal celebrant! 

If you decide to go ahead and book your ceremony with us we will simply ask you to fill out a short booking form and pay a booking fee of £100 to secure your date. Then things get exciting and the next step is a kickstart planning meeting in person! Ideally this will be 3-4 months before your ceremony, but sooner if you prefer and timing allows. This meeting will enable us to get to know each other and chat about things like what we'll be including in your ceremony, what vibe you want it to have and whether any friends or family members will be involved.

Then to make sure we get some awesome content for your ceremony we'll send you away with some questions to answer and you can tell us as much as you'd like! 

We'll send you a first draft of your ceremony 2-3 months before your big day but we'll have continued conversation via telephone and/or email to ensure the ceremony script is exactly right and truly reflects you as a couple or as a family.

A ceremony rehearsal is possible a few days ahead or on the morning of the day.

We will arrive 30 mins to an hour before the scheduled start time on the day.

We will provide you with a printed copy of the ceremony script, including vows and any readings you may have had, as well as a ceremony certificate in a keepsake folder.
